Nonprofit Responsive Website Redesign

Brief

This Atlanta nonprofit was looking for a fresh and modern way to better tell their story to their audience. It was really important for them to get their message across and raise awareness for certain campaigns.

My Role

My role as Product Manager was to deliver a clean, responsive website that matches the clients requirements and expectations in a timely manner.  This project started off with research, gathering requirements and assets, a wireframing work session and two initial design concepts for the client to choose from. Upon choosing their favorite features and theme my Creative Designer was given a design schedule to complete the remaining pages with my guidance. Once the designs were approved the pages were moved into development. During development I managed the completion of the user stories, tested and compared the finished pages with the original design.

About

The client wanted to make it easier for their users to donate, volunteer and learn about their different service sectors. After interviews with employees we determined that it was important to show exactly what a donation could do to help their community so we created an interactive way for the user to see what their different donation amounts could do.
