Brief
What started as an idea for a feature film has grown into an inspirational movement / community. Brothers Young Productions, also known as Broyopro, has developed the Untapped brand into a meaningful online property with an ever-growing fan base -- The Untapped Movement. The Untapped Movement produces inspirational content in the form of short videos, graphic memes, an other various media.
Problem
Broyopro initially needed help streamlining fan engagement on their Facebook homepage and creating a call to action. They felt as though the Superfan's journey was muddled and complex once landing on the Untapped page.
After detailed research and testing we were able to provide content strategy solutions to help user engagement and interaction on Facebook. Once the solutions were addressed with the client, our research suggested the opportunity to redesign the Untapped website creating a ecosystem for all of the Untapped content to live and interact with social media.
My Role
My role for this project included research, user interviews, user testing, information architecture, personas, sketches, wireframes, prototyping, journey map and presenting.
